2005-12-21 [LadyWillow]: *Dances the uber supreme dance of happiness*
2005-12-22 [chasingpeace]: i thought that they had already made the movie, but it didn't come to america....i should check that. It should be on your local puplic service channel at any time from 10 to 11:30. they recently changed the day and time herein iowa...so i'm not sure. Our channel is called PBS or IPTV (public broadcasting service or Iowa public television)...I should research that movie...
2005-12-22 [deus-ex-machina]: It hasn't been made to my knowledge. I didn't know about it and my friends sure don't. If we did, there would be an uprising.
2005-12-22 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: yea true, yea i dont think it has been made yet!! bugger eh??
2005-12-22 [Beautyeverywhere]: i don't remember what time it is but if you live in MN red dwarf on friday nights right before Dr. Who
2005-12-22 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: we dont have red dwarf in australia any more *crys*
2005-12-23 [chasingpeace]: oh, you poor poor soul...how can you live?
2005-12-24 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: i dont know!! but my friend is going too england and he is gonna try and get me the seasons
2005-12-25 [Sebhar]: it's before Dr. Who here, too.... or it was...
2005-12-29 [LadyWillow]: hey does anyone else remember the episode where they found a ship that was populated entirely by holograms and the happiness and stuff that ensued when what's his bucket found out that the gal that was supposed to be testing him quit and just let him have it? If that made ANY sence at all! o.0
2005-12-29 [Lyndarsia]: I remember that episode. Rimmer and that girl ended up having sex at one point in time I think. They were doing that test, and she didn't want him to lose his 'life' and the game, so she had it done to her herself.
2005-12-29 [chasingpeace]: that was a good episode
2005-12-30 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: yea it was.......i always liked the one with the dinosaurs in it...i know silly but i loved dinosaurs when i was a kid...so i really i win morally
2005-12-30 [Beautyeverywhere]: i remember that episode
2005-12-30 [chasingpeace]: i have that episode on tape...where they had that one time stopping machine that turned Pete the bird into Pete the T-rex...unless ther is another dinosaur episode i'm forgetting...
2005-12-31 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: no your right
2005-12-31 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: i love that episode
2005-12-31 [LadyWillow]: wow, you guys really know your dwarf!!! lol...I'll confess I only saw a few epies before we moved and now do not have tv. *Cries* But any waaaaaay! You're right Lyndarsia, they did have sex, although to her it was nothing more than recreation!!! *Giggles*
2005-12-31 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: hahaha HOW DARE YOU ONLY SEE A FEW!! hahahaha dont worry its all good........ju
2005-12-31 [chasingpeace]: wasn't that, like, only the second time that rimmer had had sex?
2005-12-31 [LadyWillow]: *Shrug* I don't rightly know. heh
2005-12-31 [Lyndarsia]: Yeah, I think it was the second one. Though, I have to admit.. my favorite episode has to be Polymorph I think. The one at the beginning where they have that encounter with the 'taransula'. *Cackles* "I have a taransula with the eye the size of a meatball setting up home in my joy department!" (Yes, I know it is tarantula.)
2006-01-01 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: lol but still a good way to go
2006-02-25 [duckofdoom]: I love red dwarf..the cat is oh so stylish eheh check out if you could Beavis and Butthead experience and resistanceisfutile_thegame <<< Visit,
2006-02-25 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: yup yup!! sweet
2006-03-25 [Sebhar]: Oh well, at least Rimmer's not fantasizing about a woman with six breasts...
2006-03-29 [Miss.Kayree]: meow..
2006-03-29 [-xXCemetery † ThingsXx-]: lol
2006-03-30 [LadyWillow]: *Shiver* Can you imagine how many back problems the poor creature would have? SAD!
2006-04-02 [Miss.Kayree]: Ah man... Oo
2006-07-25 [Ace118]: yay Its cold outside,
2006-07-25 [Miss.Kayree]: it's raining outside. And I had to run around a parking lot with carts for 4 hours.
2006-07-25 [Ace118]: lol
2006-07-25 [Miss.Kayree]: It was friggen cold.
2006-07-25 [Ace118]: aww
2006-07-25 [Miss.Kayree]: Oh well. I'm over it. Because I don't have to work again until next week. What's new with you?
2006-07-25 [LadyWillow]: It's 100 F in the shade....*Dies
2006-07-25 [Ace118]: well just watch the first series of red dwarf such fun it was i wish it was on tele again
2006-07-25 [LadyWillow]: That'd be cool!
2006-07-25 [Ace118]: it would be
2006-07-26 [Sebhar]: Are all the seasons on DVD yet, does anyone know?
2006-07-26 [Miss.Kayree]: Prolly not anywhere in the US..
2006-07-26 [deus-ex-machina]: try amazon uk or something similar. they're all out in the uk, but i don't know how you would deal with postage and packaging.
2006-07-27 [Miss.Kayree]: It might be kinda up there...
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: ...though possibly worth it... I actually asked for Justin Roberts, sawen... I said I'd contact my sources and he goes, "that sounds ominous"
2006-07-27 [Miss.Kayree]: yeah.. That sounds like Justin..
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: Were you aware that he cannot prepare food for himself? Except at three in the morning when he doesn't want to wake his mum? *snerk*
2006-07-27 [LadyWillow]: Hey! If they could get represenatives to contact FANDEMONIUM! I bet they could broaden thier fan base like crazy in the US!!
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: They really should... I mean, we NEED more Red Dwarf over here.
2006-07-27 [LadyWillow]: Agreed! I remember sitting up until O dark thirty with my Papa just so we could watch it on PBS! That and Hogan's Heroes...heh
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: Yeah, it's horrible how late you have to stay up, what awkward hours you have to keep, to watch them... especially if you're broke and can't purchase DVDS.
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: By the way, if anyone ever asks you what Red Dwarf is about... http://www.you
2006-07-27 [LadyWillow]: That's AWESOME!!
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: I love YouTube.
2006-07-27 [LadyWillow]: Yesh, ish awshome!! LOL I watched that and a couple of little blurbs from other eppies with my mama and she laughed hysterically before she said, 'Okay, now that I'm done wasting my time, I think I'll go back to work.' *Giggles* That's mama for you!
2006-07-27 [Sebhar]: Kind of like my mum when I try to show her stuff lol
2006-07-27 [LadyWillow]: Ah! But my mama really DID like it! I can tell!
2006-07-28 [Sebhar]: Heehee, mums are interesting folk ^_^ My mum likes Lister's accent, at any rate..
2006-07-28 [Miss.Kayree]: I'm in love with Lister's accent. O.O
2006-07-28 [Sebhar]: Who isn't? Is anybody here not in love with that accent?
2006-07-28 [LadyWillow]: I think it's slightly obnoxious. But it's not all bad. I've heard better, being raised in a family of Thespians. We used to have conversations in our home where my Papa would say something in Danish, my mother would respond in French, my sister would say something in Russian and my Brother would respond in French, then I would say something in Klingon and Papa would respond in Russian!! *Laughs* We also have random accents popping up all over the place at very very odd times!! And movie and play quotes too!!
2006-07-28 [Miss.Kayree]: That's so cool :P I usually just yell some random French at my mom, and see how she responds.. usually with "Carrie, go find something to do."
2006-07-28 [Sebhar]: Sometimes I just switch to Spanish, like today when I drove with my mom....
2006-07-29 [chasingpeace]: Lister's accent isn't fake...just so you know. That's how he really talks.
2006-07-29 [Sebhar]: You can see it on YouTube... *purr*
2006-07-29 [Ace118]: all red dwarf on dvd avalibul fom ofical web site and amazon
2006-07-30 [Miss.Kayree]: I'm glad they're avalibul somewhere.. they're actually probably all on some site like YouTube anyway..
2006-07-30 [Sebhar]: I looked *pout* just clips.
2006-07-30 [Miss.Kayree]: Hmn.. what about.... ....nevermind. That's all I got.
2006-07-30 [Sebhar]: *hands a cookie* Now you have a cookie.
2006-07-30 [Miss.Kayree]: Freakin' A.
2006-07-30 [Sebhar]: You betcha.
2006-07-30 [Ace118]: lol right i am hoping uk tv comady will shpow them again soon
2006-07-30 [Miss.Kayree]: that'd be spiffy :)
2006-07-30 [Sebhar]: I hope so !
2006-08-08 [LadyWillow]: LOL I just got back from FANDEMONIUM! It's a convention in Idaho USA that celabrates being a fan!! It was awesome! But there aren't any Red Dwarf fans that speak out there. *Sigh* Ah well! I was too busy with 'Kingdom Hearts, Another Side' to worry about much else!!
2006-08-09 [chasingpeace]: hey mom! it' FANDEMONIUM!
2006-08-09 [Miss.Kayree]: Hahaha... speaking of moms.. mine just gave me a card that said "Not only can you work-out when you get to be Betty's age, but you may even find you can bend over and touch your toes... WITH YOUR BOOBS!" ....O.o ...
2006-08-09 [Sebhar]: *twitch*
2006-08-10 [chasingpeace]: crazy
2006-08-10 [Sebhar]: "Toys in the attic..."
2006-08-11 [LadyWillow]: *Blink* That's frightening...
2006-08-11 [chasingpeace]: exactly waht i was thinking
2006-08-11 [Sebhar]: Zansola, are you aware it's on Thursday nights now? O.o I found it yesterday and thought WHOA! Then laughed hysterically as my mom looked on in confusion.
2006-08-12 [chasingpeace]: yes, sometimesmy dad comes in and reminds me of the day and time
2006-08-12 [Miss.Kayree]: Hhmmnn... awkward..
2006-08-12 [chasingpeace]: no...im usually watching futurama and he just reminds me of red dwarf
2006-08-12 [Miss.Kayree]: I watched that this weekend :)
2006-08-12 [chasingpeace]: futurama? or red dwarf?
2006-08-12 [Miss.Kayree]: Futurama... Bender had feelings..
2006-08-12 [Sebhar]: I was playing through random stuff on my computer, just letting the player pick out whatever it wanted to listen to, and it went from Pink Floyd to a Futurama clip "Look it up in the Becktionary!" and then into Pippin. I was taken offguard.
2006-08-12 [Miss.Kayree]: Wowsa.. sweetness :)
2006-08-13 [Sebhar]: It made me smile ^_^
2006-08-14 [LadyWillow]: Wowsers. My Papa and I used to stay up really late together to watch Red Dwarf at 0-dark-thirty in the morning on PBS when I was in high school. It was one of our little things we did together, that and clean the pool...*Grumbl
2006-08-14 [Sebhar]: My father... doesn't understand british comedy in general. He likes two things about Monty Python: The Spanish Inquisition and the part in Holy Grail when the French do their taunting. Otherwise, he's hopeless.
2006-08-14 [LadyWillow]: That sounds like my sister's husband. He doesn't understand alot of what she does and watches. I was blessed with parents who raised me in the theatre industry!! :P Neener neener!!
2006-08-14 [Sebhar]: Ah well, I was raised with exquisite musical taste, so I guess I can't complain. After all, I did discover theater eventually... *hugs the catwalk on her school's stage, gets attacked by splinters* Ou!
2006-08-14 [LadyWillow]: The catwalk is wooden?
2006-08-14 [Sebhar]: Indeed. *plucks splinters from arm*
2006-08-15 [Miss.Kayree]: The catwalk completely rocks. I wanna help with the play this year. With Tina and everyone else. And sign the catwalk and junk
2006-08-15 [chasingpeace]: I don't think it really counts as a catwal...it's more like a large shelf that's really high up. I'll never be able to go up there anyway, no matter what. Heights, you know. Stepstools scare me. I get nervous filling the soda fountain with ice at work. And that's three stairs that go nowhere.
2006-08-15 [Sebhar]: Yeah, I had massive splinters last year... so did Mrs Sandberg's son (what's his name? Steven?) and he pulled all mine out for me, just as nonchalant as you please.
Chelswyn, I can't even picture you up there. You're a feet-planted typa gal.
2006-08-15 [Miss.Kayree]: Yeah... Steven Sandberg.. hah.. interesting stories about him, I tell you what... Here's an idea.. Chelsea and I will join the crew.. she can stand on the stage.. I'll bop around in the catwalk.. and she can catch stuff that I throw at her.
Speaking of interesting stories... Monsieur le Drew likes to .. uh.. as Beany would say "smoke the reefer" ....
2006-08-15 [Sebhar]: Which le Drew is this?
2006-08-15 [Miss.Kayree]: Quelle le Drew d'you think?
2006-08-15 [Sebhar]: ...the one who thinks the challenger explosion was puffier than P.Diddy?
2006-08-16 [chasingpeace]: probably exactly that one. He had a crtch the last time i saw him...at dairy queen...he was limping fine when chris ran with it though.
2006-08-16 [Miss.Kayree]: Yeah.. and he and courtney are officially NOT going out anymore...
2006-08-16 [chasingpeace]: ah...after she found out it ended it all, huh?
2006-08-16 [Miss.Kayree]: no, actually..
he called me and said "hey, she's avoiding me, and not talking to me at all, so just tell her i'm breaking up with her, because i'm tired of the childish behavior.." and if she wouldn't have been 3 feet away, i would've held a conversation with him about how i agreed.. but i didn't...
2006-08-17 [Sebhar]: Makes sense. *nods matter-of-fact
2006-08-17 [Miss.Kayree]: Yeah..
2006-08-17 [Sebhar]: Pies lesu Domine dona eis requiem.
2006-08-18 [chasingpeace]: Monty!..oh yeah...i agree with the childish behavior...So did you just hang up and say, "Drew Just broke up with you."? I think i probably would have done that...*monste
2006-08-18 [Miss.Kayree]: Actually, I would've but my mom was standing there, and I wasn't sure how she was going to react.. so I said "Tu n'as pas un petit amis." ..which means... "You don't have a boyfriend."
2006-08-18 [Sebhar]: AAh. Probably a wise move.
2006-08-19 [Sebhar]: ...it's not like anyone else was saying anything...
2006-08-20 [Miss.Kayree]: Eerr... everyone welcome The Fern ....Red Dwarf fan with personal troubles. (just like everyone else here...) Feel free to actually join the wiki before continuing to rant us out. =)
2006-08-20 [chasingpeace]: Yes, Fern...once you or someone else has something to say about Red Dwarf, comment at any time. We're just shooting the breeze and making sure that the watchers of this wiki still some here once and a while. This is
2006-08-20 [deus-ex-machina]: I definitely don't want Grant and Naylor to make a new series (Craig Charles is in trouble anyway, may well go to jail last I heard) but I always felt the books covered more than the episodes... I don't know if you've read the books, but they're great. See, I think some of the episodes should go into more detail... like the one with Legion? Some of them could do that and be brilliant. Not miss anything out, just add more... I mean, in the space of the episode, they introduce so many cool concepts and inventions, I was sad when that one ended. :P So what do you think? O.o I thought it was time to change the topic.
2006-08-20 [deus-ex-machina]: PS: WTF happened to the movie idea? I've been watching this wiki for what feels like years! I haven't heard anything since.
2006-08-21 [Ace118]: can i join??>???
2006-08-21 [LadyWillow]: I've been commenting here for quite a while and have contributed useful information, at least I think it's useful. I appologize for wasting your comment space. I wasn't feeling well that day, and will remove it. Again, I'm sorry. I thought my name was on the members list.
2006-08-22 [Miss.Kayree]: Go ahead and join :) I'm pretty sure it doesn't have a password.. There are books??!
2006-08-22 [Sebhar]: I hereby second deux-ex-machin
2006-08-22 [Miss.Kayree]: I'll third it.
2006-08-22 [chasingpeace]: Yeah there are books, but I haven't really thouught about reading them because I have the mentality that the books would be worse than the episodes because that's the same way with books that come out based on movies...
The movie was supposed to be filmed in 2004 and released in 2005, but I don't think it has done really anything yet...so sad.
2006-08-22 [Sebhar]: *tear*
2006-08-23 [Miss.Kayree]: Hmn.. so the books came out AFTER the series?
2006-08-25 [deus-ex-machina]: I have 3 books I think. I don't know whether they came out before or after, but for the corresponding episodes, they add more. I have read them all. So it may well be four. The books by the way they were written were done before the episodes. There's far more detail. To be fair, it doesn't matter if they came out before or after, they add more. They give you an impression of Grant and Naylor's thoughts if nothing else.
2006-08-25 [ArchangelGabriel]: I've got three books but i'm missing the second so i'm hunting that before i read the others...
I kinda liked them. It was certianly good to be able to enjoy red dwarf again since bbc stopped showing it ¬.¬
2006-08-26 [chasingpeace]: pbs still shows it here, but it changes times and days sporatically..
2006-08-26 [Sebhar]: It's been on Thursdays around ten pretty steadily.
2006-08-27 [chasingpeace]: for the last couple months, but i'm talking about withing the span of time I've been watching it...which is probably about 7 years...maybe more..
2006-08-27 [Sebhar]: It's true.
2006-08-28 [chasingpeace]: most definately
2006-08-28 [Miss.Kayree]: fore shore..
2006-08-29 [Sebhar]: Red Dwarf makes me remember work... Justin wandering around pretending to stick his finger in piles of dust and tasting it.
2006-08-29 [Miss.Kayree]: You do that often at work?
2006-08-30 [Sebhar]: Justin did.
2006-08-30 [Miss.Kayree]: Hmn....
2006-08-30 [Sebhar]: Strange and amusing kid, Justin.
2006-09-01 [Miss.Kayree]: It's so true.. Jeremy was talking about him today.. about how he worked at Greenes.. hahah.. I heard Sean Flannagan do his little Greene's greeting.. it was funny.. Pestche made him do it.. he was like "Hi this is Sean Flannagan calling from Beaty Emporium" or whatever..
2006-09-01 [Sebhar]: "Hi, this is Hannah Kane from the Cosmetique beauty club, how are you today?"
2006-09-03 [chasingpeace]: "Sucky. But who cares? Not you....no one prbably cares about how you feel, either. You're just a telemarketer."
2006-09-03 [Sebhar]: "People care how I feel. What about you? You're just the loser on my calling list because you signed up for something. SUCKER!"
...heehee
2006-09-03 [chasingpeace]: When a telemarketer calls my house it actually says 'telemarketer' on the caller i.d.
2006-09-04 [Sebhar]: That's giggleworthy.
2006-09-04 [Miss.Kayree]: It's true..
2006-09-04 [Sebhar]: Utterly chuckalicious.
2006-09-05 [chasingpeace]: that made me think of someone saying that my uncle chuck was delicious...ei
2006-09-05 [Sebhar]: Blame Stephen King! He invented the word!
2006-09-05 [chasingpeace]: Sure...sure...
2006-09-05 [Sebhar]: By the way... I HEART DARK TOWER III!
2006-09-05 [chasingpeace]: everyone hearts dark tower III
2006-09-05 [deus-ex-machina]: I don't. =D I own the first part but I just don't feel compelled to read the series. I like King but I can't commit myself to a book as long as many as his with his style. I get bored. I'd rather see the film and miss out on finer details. :P I know that is evil, but I've seen most of King's films, even the B movies... to read the book is pointless. I know the ending, so the meat is gone. I do love his short stories though.
2006-09-05 [Sebhar]: ...wait... you saw It without reading the book?
2006-09-05 [chasingpeace]: I love his style...it seems so real without all the elaborate descriptions, yet his descriptions are elaborate. It makes me feel like he's telling me the story, actually talking about these characters. It seems so life-like and simple...
2006-09-05 [Sebhar]: I like how he does thoughts. You follow the character's actual thought process, not their only their actions and dialogue.
2006-09-07 [deus-ex-machina]: Actually, It is one I haven't seen or read. My parents wouldn't actually let me see it when I was young and I haven't seen it advertised for being on TV in ages. Even though they let me see the Exorcist at 8. =P Straaaaange. I do like his style, but it's rich. I suppose I could only compare it to having something like Beef Wellington. You couldn't eat that much of it before feeling sick, but I could probably each fish fingers all day... even though I hate fish fingers. =D I can't commit myself to reading long stories nowadays.
2006-09-07 [Sebhar]: Most upsetting on your behalf.
2006-09-07 [deus-ex-machina]: However, the point still does stand that not everyone <3s Dark Tower III. =P
2006-09-07 [Miss.Kayree]: Haven't even read it, to be honest..
2006-09-08 [Sebhar]: It's an epic undertaking. The public library has a beautifully illustrated version which makes me insanely happy.
2006-09-09 [chasingpeace]: everyone will heart it when I rule the world. No offense, but i find the <3 'heart' things very stupid, yest people post them all up and down thier pages...it barely looks like a heart.
2006-09-10 [deus-ex-machina]: Oh sorry. I lowered myself to that level because you used 'hearts' in the first place. =(
2006-09-10 [chasingpeace]: that's okay, i just find it silly...the first ime i saw it i said to my self "I less-than-thre
2006-09-10 [chasingpeace]: And i use the word 'heart' beacuse i refuse to use the '<3' symbol
2006-09-10 [deus-ex-machina]: I generally refuse to use 'heart' in general. What happened to 'I like', 'I love'? Considering this is a red dwarf wiki, I think about it and I can't see any of them using it anyway. Kryten: 'I heart washing up.' ...Lister: 'You wh'... Kryten... are you turning a bit lady like on us? A bit 'the other gender'... a bit Wilma Flintstone?'
2006-09-13 [Sebhar]: I say I heart because everyone says "I love..." and love is way too strong a word for some things. Love is very sacred to me. To heart... is not so much.
2006-09-13 [Miss.Kayree]: I don't like saying "I love" too much either.. Like the Manson quote.. "If you say you love everyone, what sets apart those whom you really love?" ... but I started using "heart" to mock people that did it.. and then I got hooked...
2006-09-13 [chasingpeace]: I started saying heart to sort of mock the 'I <3 NY' shirts and crap like that
2006-09-13 [Sebhar]: me too... I bought a pin yesterday reading "I <3 being awesome."
2006-09-14 [Miss.Kayree]: Haha.. is it actually <3, or is it a picture of a heart?
2006-09-14 [Sebhar]: It's a picture of a heart -.- I think I'm going to wear it tomorrow!
2006-09-16 [Miss.Kayree]: Kay. I didn't see it. :)
2006-09-16 [Sebhar]: Hmf... I'll brandish it at you sometime.
2006-09-16 [Miss.Kayree]: Righty-O
2006-09-17 [Sebhar]: wOOt.
2006-09-17 [Ace118]: lol
2006-09-17 [Sebhar]: ...Hildegarde is a fun name.
2006-09-18 [chasingpeace]: so is Jareth...and Holly...
2006-09-19 [Miss.Kayree]: And yourmom.
2006-09-20 [chasingpeace]: beh
2006-09-21 [Sebhar]: You're just jealous.
2006-09-21 [Miss.Kayree]: ...That I can blow spit bubbles? You better be.
2006-09-23 [Sebhar]: Uvcorrs
2006-09-24 [chasingpeace]: i can blow spit bubbles...who ever can't blow spit bubbles is a Rimmer...an communist Rimmer
2006-09-25 [Sebhar]: Can you separate them and cast them adrift, though?
2006-09-25 [chasingpeace]: a spit bubble is a spit bubble
